We use the latest equipment and resources when carrying out our activities, not only in manufacturing and assembly but also in engineering and development and the management of the logistical processes.

Quality Management is an essential aspect of the production and commercialization process of our company that starts with technological development from the parent company Exerion Precision Technology Ulft. The company strives to be close to customers and constantly work with them on innovatively-produced products in order to increase functionality and reduce costs.
The production process is accompanied by continuous quality control during the prototype production stage and during mass production. New programmes are implemented based on continuously developing production systems, with accompanying procedures in accordance with the usual quality management systems.
Trained personnel from Quality and Engineering departments use the latest methods for effective samples measurement. Checking of individual products and production processes is performed during the production process.
For cutting of raw material and the production of flat parts we use laser cutting machines from TRUMPF which are equipped with laser generators of varying performance based on CO2. For laser cutting we use a machine with “flying optics” which allows the cutting of thicker materials. For combined cutting, punching and shaping with high demands on precision, Exerion uses a laser/press machine with fixed optics and a mechanical cutting head. This allows production of calibrated holes and forming of special locks and other special shapes.

We currently operate five bending presses from TRUMPF - Trumabend V85, V85X, V130 and V1300 and SAFAN DARLEY - E-Brake 130T Premium with extensive high-standard tooling. Consequently, together with years of experience and a high level of know-how, the company is able to produce very complex shaped (bent) parts. For milling we are using machines Brother S700, S1000 and SMEC SL 1500M.
For larger orders we use an ABB serial production welding robot, whereas for smaller series we use manual welders TIG and MAG from companies ESAB or Fronius. For spot welding we use spot welding machines from DALEX and JESVA and spot welding clamps from TECNA. NELSON technology is used for stud welding fasteners.
For high-precision welding, we are equipped with a variety of welding products and so-called "project tables" with a large assortment of fixing, positioning and supporting mechanisms used for the precise assembly of components during assembly and design of welded subassemblies or finished weldments, which are predominantly used during the introduction of the product into production and for the final welded products.
The assortment of welded material is very broad and ranges from aluminium to conventional steel, raw or with finishes, to stainless steel and hilumin materials.
This area of production covers basic as well as specialised locksmith or other work (machine and manual drilling, countersinking, machine and manual threading, machine and manual riveting, caulking, machine and manual deburring, manual visual grinding and polishing, machine and manual straightening, metal bonding ...). All operations are performed using standard or specialist tools with the aid of custom-made jigs of our own design.
We are equipped with the following machines: Brugg TRM 30/750 straightener for machine straightening of parts; VS32B and ALZMETAL AB 3 ESV vertical drilling machines; GENKO drilling and threading machine; Haeger 618 and PS Pemserter 2000 riveting machines; FRIEDRICH HN 2B4 caulking equipment; Grit GX75 belt sander. Also a wide assortment of equipment for manual visual grinding of covers and other operations for aesthetic and functional elements.
Fully equipped assembly space (5000 m2) including ESD workplace and HV testing.
Assembly activities include modules for world-leading printing machinery manufacturers, assembly of parts for medical (dental) devices, assembly of parts of blood testing apparatus, pre-assembly for radio-diagnostic substance testers etc.
Our company offers production and complex services.
Utilising the supplementary Exerion services of pre-assembly of modules and units avoids transporting empty air with the frames.
Various assembly levels are possible. Assembly up to a complete final level with final test, possibly configured by country etc., is a rule rather than an exception. The corresponding UL and TÜV tests and certification are a standard part of this.
Specialisation in precision frame technology enables Exerion to permanently widen and enrich its knowledge in this field; however, Exerion not only specialises in the manufacture of precision metal frames and structures, but also provides full assemblies of all electrical and mechanical components mounted into the frames. The fully assembled unit provides the complete functionality and aesthetic qualities demanded by our customers and demonstrates resilience to the extremely high demands on durability and accuracy. Years of activity and experience, together with the wide product range and innovative processes, makes us a very strong player in this field.
