Quality Management is an essential aspect of the production and commercialization process of our company that starts with technological development from the parent company Exerion Precision Technology Ulft. The company strives to be close to customers and constantly work with them on innovatively-produced products in order to increase functionality and reduce costs.
The production process is accompanied by continuous quality control during the prototype production stage and during mass production. New programmes are implemented based on continuously developing production systems, with accompanying procedures in accordance with the usual quality management systems.
Trained personnel from Quality and Engineering departments use the latest methods for effective samples measurement. Checking of individual products and production processes is performed during the production process.
For cutting of raw material and the production of flat parts we use laser cutting machines from TRUMPF which are equipped with laser generators of varying performance based on CO2. For laser cutting we use a machine with “flying optics” which allows the cutting of thicker materials. For combined cutting, punching and shaping with high demands on precision, Exerion uses a laser/press machine with fixed optics and a mechanical cutting head. This allows production of calibrated holes and forming of special locks and other special shapes.
